A private Berlin guide who meets your train or coach

Booked the ship’s “Berlin on your own” coach, or coming in by train? You already have the transport. Add the guide.

We meet you where you arrive, Berlin Hauptbahnhof or your coach’s drop-off point, and spend your hours in Berlin on a private tour planned around your interests, in a private black van. We keep an eye on the clock for you and bring you back to your train or coach with time to spare.

Why this works

The transfer is the expensive part of a private excursion. If you’re already on the ship’s coach or the train, a guide and a van in Berlin give you a private, expert day at a lower price, and you keep the cruise line’s guaranteed transport if you booked theirs.

€1,100 per group of up to six, including VAT: about €183 each when six of you share it.

If your ship is late, or the call is cancelled

If the ship or the traffic runs late

If your train or coach arrives late, your guide waits for you, and the tour is shorter so you still make your train or coach back. We plan the route to get you back with time to spare.

If the call is cancelled, or you cancel

You can cancel up to one month before your tour date for a 75% refund: the tour price minus a 25% administration charge. If your ship's call is cancelled, you can move your booking to another date free of charge, or have a full refund.

Good to know

Your time in Berlin is set by your coach or train, not by us. On a 07:00–19:00 ship call, the cruise lines’ coach transfers typically give around four to five hours in the city. Tell us your ship, date and transport when you enquire and we’ll plan the route around it.

If you’re coming by train, remember that the ship doesn’t wait for a late train. Our guide gets you back to the station on time; the journey back to the ship is yours.
